All sealed bids to be considered <br />for this solicitation must be received via our electronic bid platform https://bacwa.org/bacc/ by 4:00 P.M. <br />PT, Thursday, February 20, 2025. Bids received after said date and time will not be considered under any <br />circumstances. Bids submitted by mail or by facsimile will not be accepted.
