The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye:Aguilar Jr., Simon, González III, Bowen4 - Absent:Azevedo, Viveros-Walton2 - Recused:Boldt1 - 5.b.25-226 Adopt a Resolution to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Consulting Services Agreement with Miller Planning Associates, LLC for the Preparation of a Comprehensive Zoning Code Update in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $157,000 A motion was made by Mayor González III, seconded by Councilmember Bowen, that this Staff Report be Approved.
