A motion was made by Councilmember Azevedo, seconded by Councilmember Simon, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Viveros-Walton, Boldt6 - Absent:Bowen1 - Enactment No: Reso 2025-062 4.b.25-276 Adopt Three Resolutions to 1) Approve Project List ‘C’ - Hesperian Bike Lane Gap Closure in the Capital Improvement Program 10 Year Plan FY 2026 through FY 2035 for final adoption; 2) Authorize the City Manager to Reject All Bids for the Mulford Marina Branch Library, Project No. 2018.2400 and Not Include Project List ‘A’ - Mulford-Marina Branch Library in the Capital Improvement Program 10 Year Plan FY 2026 through FY 2035 as a Funded Project; and 3) Approve Project List ‘B’ - Lewelling Boulevard Class IV Bike Ways in the Capital Improvement Program 10 Year Plan FY 2026 through FY 2035 for final adoption; and Discussion of Draft Capital Improvement Program 10 Year Plan FY 2026 through FY 2035 Comments were made by approximately 13 people. A motion was made by Councilmember Boldt, seconded by Councilmember Aguilar, to adopt the resolution approving Project List 'C' - Hesperian Bike Lane Gap Closure.
