IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENTS AND PURCHASE ORDERS WITH AMS.NET, LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$862,005 FOR NETWORK EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF PHASE 2 OF <br />THE CITYWIDE NETWORK REFRESH PROJECT, LIBRARY PUBLIC NETWORK IMPROVEMENTS, AND <br />CITYWIDE CABLING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AMS.NET is the service provider that completed phase 1 of the citywide network <br />refresh project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends AMS.NET should be retained to perform Phase 2 of the citywide <br />network refresh project, library public network improvements, and citywide cabling; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AMS.NET has agreed to the terms of the agreement pending council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the scope of work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved, execution by the City Manager is authorized, and the City <br />Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and <br />intent of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember _______________ and passed and adopted this 16th day of June 2025 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: () <br /> <br />NOES: () <br /> <br />ABSENT: () <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
