Amendment No. 1 to <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Larry Walker Associates for Municipal <br />Regional Stormwater Permit (MRP3) Compliance Planning Support Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A -1 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will provide services in the development and implementation of workplans to <br />assist the City by providing enhanced support to meet critical near-term compliance needs <br />and ongoing support. The enhanced support includes work efforts not currently in LWA’s <br />support contract with the City as well as continuation of compliance planning and annual <br />report support through the end of the contract period (June 2027) and include: <br />•Task 2.1 – 2024-2025 Annual Report <br />•Task 3.1 – Private Land Drainage Areas (PLDA) Program Development and Set Up <br />•Task 3.2 – Field Verify Potential PLDA’s <br />•Task 3.3 – Perform the PLDA Inspections <br />•Task 4.0 – Asset Management Plan <br />•Task 5.0 – Cost Reporting Support
