Property incurs initial charge for service or violation through issuing City Department. An invoice is sent by Finance. Affected customers receive three notices of intent to lien along with a copy of public hearing details. <br />Legal Notice <br />Collection/Compliance efforts continue by staff through end of July. Outstanding balances are submitted to County for assessment on property tax by County’s deadline in early August. <br />Tax Lien <br />Statements are sent monthly following the initial invoice.
