IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2025- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />OVERRULING PROTESTS TO 2025 SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, <br />SIDEWALK /DRIVEWAY REPAIR, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY <br />FEES, CODE COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT, FIRE INSPECTIONS, WPCP <br />USER CHARGES ALONG WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES, CHARGES <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro City Council conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2025 solid waste service <br />charges, sidewalk/driveway repair, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code <br />compliance and enforcement, fire inspections, and WPCP user charges along with <br />administrative penalties and charges said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025; and <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of the protests or objections, written or oral, are hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 21st day of July 2025, by the <br />following <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Kelly B.
