Page 13 of 57 <br />Provisions 6.3 Sewer System Management Plan Availability <br />WDR REQUIREMENTS <br />Provisions 6.3 (pg. 31) <br />“The Enrollee’s updated Sewer System Management Plan must be maintained for public inspection at <br />the Enrollee’s offices and facilities and must be available to the public through CIWQS and/or on the <br />Enrollee’s website, in accordance with section 3.8 (Sewer System Management Plan Reporting <br />Requirements) of Attachment E1 (Notification, Monitoring, Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements) <br />of this General Order.” <br />COMPLIANCE <br />The City publishes its SSMP, available for public review, on its website at the Sewer System page and also <br />maintains a paper copy in its offices which can be made available for inspection during regular business <br />hours. <br /> <br />
