<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised [MM/DD/YYYY] <br />___ for ___ Exhibit B – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> <br />Hourly rates are subject to periodic increases over time, which generally occur at the beginning of each <br />calendar year, upon reasonable advance written notice to you. The following are hourly rates, which will be <br />prorated for each quarter of an hour billed: <br /> <br />Senior Attorney/Investigator - Jane Kow - $595 <br />Junior Attorney/Investigator - $475 <br />Legal Assistant - $250 <br /> <br />These rates would apply to time spent conducting interviews, consulting with staff or other individuals <br />designated to provide status updates and investigation findings, reviewing relevant documents or evidence, <br />performing factual analysis, preparing any outlines and a written summary report of the investigation, as <br />well as any time travelling to and from interviews for any investigation. Time spent during air travel and <br />commuting to the City’s various locations may be billed at the standard hourly rate or a discounted rate as <br />approved in advance. If called upon to testify regarding this investigation in the event of litigation, HR Law <br />will testify and perform such services at the rates in effect at that time that the testimony is prepared and <br />provided. <br /> <br />
