56 <br /> <br />BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF BOARD DUTIES <br /> The Committee shall advise staƯ on matters relating to the status and condition of bicycle and pedestrian <br />facilities within the City. <br /> <br />MEMBERSHIP <br />The committee shall consist of eleven (11) members. The membership shall include at least one <br />member from each of the six (6) Council Member Districts, and at-large members appointed by <br />the Mayor. There shall be no age limit for BPAC members, the selected members shall represent <br />both bicyclist and pedestrian issues and be approved by City Council. <br /> <br />MEETING SCHEDULE <br />Meets as-needed, at least once or twice per year.
