The City Council will then consider recommendations from <br />the City Council Human Relations Rules Committee regarding who will represent the City and how <br />the travel and expenses shall be funded. <br /> <br />GIFTS <br />Gifts or memorabilia presented to a representative of the City of San Leandro which are intended for <br />the City shall become the property of the City.
