ELWOOD, <br />SUITE 9 <br />PHOENIX, AZ 85040 <br />Noise: <br />A noise study was completed on April 30, 2024 by Mark Quakenbush, PE from Tower <br />Engineering Professionals. The report shows four locations that were measured with <br />a noise meter for typical (ambient) noise. The results are recorded below. <br />The baseline peak noise measured on site for all locations fall under the “Normally <br />Unacceptable” for DA and IL zoning types with the lowest dB value measured being <br />79.2 dB. The peak noise recorded at Locations 1, 2, and 3 came from the train passing <br />on the suspended railway approximately 100’ southwest of the proposed compound <br />and instance of a motorcycle driving down San Leandro Blvd for Location 4.
