IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2025-119 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT AND MULTI-FUNCTION PRINTER (MFP) LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH J.J.R. ENTERPRISES, INC. DBA, CALTRONICS BUSINESS SYSTEMS INC. FOR THE TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $550,000 OVER THE TERM OF THE LEASE AGREEMENTS FOR CITYWIDE MULTI-FUNCTION PRINTER REPLACEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT WHEREAS, City staff developed and released a Request for Proposal package; and WHEREAS, City Staff identified J.J.R. ENTERPRISES, INC. DBA, CALTRONICS BUSINESS SYSTEMS INC. as the preferred vendor for the future lease agreements for Citywide multi-function printer replacement, maintenance, and support; and WHEREAS, the total cost for equipment leases, installation services, and maintenance over the terms of the lease agreements will not exceed $550,000; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Information Technology Fund to cover equipment leases, installation and maintenance costs, with the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 cost of $108,499; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
