November 3, 2025City Council Minutes <br />A substitute motion was made by Councilmember Viveros-Walton, seconded by <br />Councilmember Boldt, to waive attorney-client privilege and release the <br />investigative report to Councilmember Aguilar, Councilmember Simon, and <br />Vice Mayor Bowen and their respective attorneys; to place the matter on the <br />November 17, 2025, City Council meeting agenda to consider waiving <br />attorney-client privilege and releasing the redacted report to the public; and to <br />schedule a disciplinary hearing, short of censure, for the December 8, 2025, <br />City Council meeting.
