RESOLUTION NO. 2025-151 3 <br />3. The Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) is incorporated into the Environmental Hazards <br />Element of the 2035 General Plan by reference. <br /> <br />4. The Environmental Hazards Element serves as the Safety Element of the 2035 General Plan. <br /> <br />5. The amended Environmental Hazards Element will not be detrimental to the public interest, <br />health, safety, or welfare of the City. <br /> <br />6. The amended Environmental Hazards Element is internally consistent, and is consistent with <br />the City’s 2035 General Plan, as amended. <br /> <br />7.
