IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NON- <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DILLARD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR DEBRIS <br />CLEAN UP FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $280,000 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation schedule for debris removal, hauling and disposal services for <br />public-right-of-way clearing has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with Dillard Environmental Services for <br />debris removal, hauling and disposal services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the approval of said non-professional service <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the non-professional service agreement with Dillard Environmental Services for the debris <br />removal, hauling and disposal services within the City right-of-way at the price listed in the staff report is <br />approved; and <br /> <br />That the City Manager or her designee are authorized to take all actions and execute all <br />documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Viveros-Walton and passed and adopted this 1st day of December <br />2025 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Simon, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Vice Mayor Bowen (1) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Sarah K.
