RESOLUTION NO. 2025-154 2 <br />WHEREAS, the City acknowledges that successful completion of the Project will require City <br />cooperation, including timely responses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />The Cooperative Agreement is approved; and <br /> <br />That the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to <br />effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Viveros-Walton and passed and adopted this 1st day of December <br />2025 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Simon, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Vice Mayor Bowen (1) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Sarah K.
