November 17, 2025City Council Minutes <br />following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2025-148 & Reso 2025-149 <br />CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS6. <br />City Manager Cameron reported on the grand opening of Sprouts Farmers Market on <br />November 14, 2025; and announced the upcoming Shop Small Saturday on November <br />29, 2025. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS7. <br />Comments were made by eight people. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS8. <br />8a.25-512 Adopt a Resolution to Approve the Issuance of the California Municipal <br />Finance Authority Qualified 501(c)(3) Bonds in an Aggregate Principal <br />Amount Not to Exceed $80,000,000 for the Purpose of Financing or <br />Refinancing the Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Improvement and Equipping <br />of Woodchase Apartment Homes Located at 2795 San Leandro <br />Boulevard (for Conversion by a Nonprofit, Step Up Housing, to Primarily <br />Affordable Rental Housing) <br />Comments were made by four people. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Azevedo, seconded by Councilmember <br />Boldt, that this Staff Report be Approved.
