The new netting will be <br />custom fitted UV treated polyester netting with sewn in perimeter, vertical, and horizontal rib lines. New hardware <br />where applicable to be ¾” galvanized. <br />______Price for work as described above is $9,800. <br />-Install 15’ high steel extensions & netting on (9) existing wood poles at the rear of your range with transverse guy wire <br />and anchors. Netting will angle down to the last end pole on the Fairway Dr. side. No extension to be installed on the <br />last pole due to the antenna equipment currently installed on that pole. <br />______Price for work as described above is $49,700. <br />ADD OPTIONS: <br />______ADD #1: Price for California stamped engineering is $6,300. Engineering included in the proposal consists of (1) <br />submittal package and (1) plan check correction. Additional plan corrections or other requested revisions will be billed at a rate <br />of $375.00 per hour. <br />______ADD #2: Price for performance & payment bonding is 3% of total contract amount. <br />We are a licensed California Contractor, and all applicable taxes & prevailing wages are included in this proposal. (Please <br />initial, total, and sign where applicable upon acceptance). <br />Payment Terms: <br />Monthly progress payment due upon scope completion. Invoices not paid when due are subject to a service charge of 1- <br />1/2% per month. This is an annual percentage rate of 18%. Should a suit be instituted to enforce the provisions of this <br />Proposal and Contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs as determined <br />by the court or other tribunal hearing the matter. Time is of the essence in the performance of this work. <br />Standard Assumptions: <br />Our prices are firm for acceptance for a period of 30 days only. <br />Good digging conditions are defined as being able to complete the excavation using our auguring equipment.
