<br />Amendment No. 2 to <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and July 1, 2025 <br />ANI Private Security and Patrol, Inc. for security services Page 1 of 2 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />ANI PRIVATE SECURITY AND PATROL, INC. <br />FOR <br />SECURITY SERVICES <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and ANI Private Security and Patrol, Inc. (“Contractor”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as <br />of July 1, 2025, and amends that certain Non-Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated July 1, <br />2024, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has <br />provided event security services at City facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term for one fiscal year and <br />increase the compensation by $162.584.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CSA was approved by the Council on July 21, 2025, per Council Resolution <br />Number 2025-104. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the <br />term from July 1, 2025, to June 30,2026; and <br /> <br />2. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Contractor a <br />sum not to exceed $162.584.00 for fiscal year 2025-2026 for a total contract amount of $342,584.00; and <br /> <br />3. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to specify <br />continued service hours at the San Leandro Senior Community Center as, Monday through <br />Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; and <br /> <br />4.
