<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and July 2025 <br />BSK Associates for Mulford Library Material Testing Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />The city of San Leandro working to replace the Mulford-Marina Branch Library located at the intersection of <br />Aurora Drive and Fairway Drive. The project includes demolition of the existing building and construction of <br />new improvements consisting of a new library building, an outside patio area, parking lot, and landscaping. <br />The new library shall be a single story building with an approximate floor area of 2500 sf. Per the City’s <br />Green Building Ordinance the project requires a minimum leadership in Energy and Environmental Design <br />(LEED) rating of Silver. <br /> <br />This contract is for the Special Inspection and Materials Testing Services required for the library. This <br />contract is not for Geotechnical Engineer of Record (GEOR) services, but for field testing services related <br />to earthwork such as compaction testing. Exhibit B encompasses the list of expected tests to be completed <br />for this project and their costs.
