This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E represents the entire and integrated agreement between City and Consultant and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. 10.14 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
