This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.14 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010. In the event that this contract is for <br />one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by Consultant’s signature below Consultant <br />certifies that Consultant, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, successors or subunits of <br />Consultant are not identified on a list created pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of <br />the California Public Contract Code as a person engaging in investment activities in Iran as <br />described in subdivision (a) of Section 2202.5, or as a person described in subdivision (b) <br />of Section 2202.5 of the California Public Contract Code, as applicable. <br /> <br />10.15 Conflicts or Inconsistencies. In interpreting this Agreement and resolving conflicts, <br />errors, or discrepancies, the order of precedence shall be as follows: <br />1. This Agreement <br />2.
