<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 11/21/2022 <br />Terraphase Engineering, Inc for Soil Risk Analysis for MB Golf Course Project Exhibit A – Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Project <br />The City is undertaking a grading improvement project at the Monarch Bay Golf Course (site) which <br />involves the import of about 120,000 cubic yards of soil from different sources in the Bay Area. The <br />Contractor will provide soil contaminant data prepared by a testing laboratory and additional required soil <br />screening information to support review by the Consultant to determine if a proposed soil source meets <br />requirements set by the City. <br /> <br />The City requires that imported soils meet applicable San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(RWQCB) Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs) and that testing is done in accordance with established <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) imported fill material sampling and characterization <br />guidance. <br /> <br />This contract is for independent review of lab data and certification letters provided by the Contractor. <br /> <br />Task 1 –Import Soil Screening Information Requirements and Associated Criteria. <br /> <br />Task 1 Deliverable <br />Consultant will prepare a list of import soil requirements and criteria. These requirements will include <br />steps that must be taken and information that must be provided to the City for review of import soil to be <br />used at the site. <br /> <br />Task 1 Delivery Date <br />• The list of import soil requirements and criteria will be provided to the City within 2 weeks <br />following authorization/notice to proceed. <br /> <br />Task 2 –Review of Import Soil Sampling and Soil Characterization Data <br /> <br />The Consultant shall review a total of four (4) submittals from Contractors. <br />This task includes the following sub-tasks associated with environmental review of soil import sources <br />and supporting analytical data/reports: <br /> <br />• Review of soil sampling procedures, soil import source characterization/analytical data, and <br />supporting reports provided by others; <br />• Conduct data input/analysis and independent screening of laboratory electronic data deliverables <br />(EDD) provided by others for the proposed soil import sources through a Terraphase EsDAT <br />database and develop tracking spreadsheet of import sources . <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: BD644FA8-71A4-41E9-89CF-3A7BD3DA23FEDocuSign Envelope ID: A7236BEB-C8CF-4AB0-94AF-FAEE0878C32ADocusign Envelope ID: 8B2A3C00-58C2-468E-A7DD-45D1EA3B602BDocusign Envelope ID: 776E1A0E-07B2-4B0F-852C-3A0989335D22
