The motion <br />CARRIED by the following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2025-162 <br />5b.25-593 Discussion and possible action to schedule disciplinary hearings for <br />Councilmember Aguilar and Councilmember Simon <br />A motion was made by Vice Mayor Bowen, seconded by Councilmember <br />Viveros-Walton, to agendize a disciplinary hearing for Councilmember Aguilar <br />and Councilmember Simon on January 20, 2025, with all disciplinary options <br />available, up to and including censure. The motion CARRIED by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: 4 - Boldt, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, González <br />Noes: 3 - Aguilar, Azevedo, Simon <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Viveros-Walton, seconded by <br />Councilmember Boldt, to schedule an agenda item on January 5, 2025, for <br />discussion and possible action regarding wavier of attorney-client privilege in <br />relation to the October 31, 2025 report.
