Project rehabilitated the pavement of several streets throughout the City of San Leandro, utilizing full -depth reclamation and mill/overlay methods. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Engineer of the City of San Leandro on the 1st day of OCTOBER 2025.
