RESOLUTION NO. 2026-011 4 <br />file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Alameda County Board of Supervisors and the <br />Alameda County Registrar of Voters forthwith, no later than March 6, 2026. <br /> <br />Section 14. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />This action is not a project and is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15378(b)(3) of the CEQA <br />Guidelines, as it concerns the submission of a ballot measure to the voters of the City. <br /> <br />Section 15.
