February 2, 2026City Council Minutes <br />Enactment No: Reso 2026-011 <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS11. <br />Councilmember Simons stated that he had submitted two requests: one pertaining to <br />modify the Council ethics and discipline policies; and one for enhancements to the <br />Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Pavilion. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS, CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS12. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting.
