BOX 110004 CAMBELL, CA 95011, PHONE NO. (408) 426-1274 as a contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to with ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2023-24, PROJECT NO.2023.0060. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: THE OHIO CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, PO BOX 34526, Seattle, WA, 98124, PHONE (206) 473 — 6210. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2023-24, PROJECT NO. 2023.0060, project is that of public improvements made within public right-of-way in certain lands designated as various city streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Engineer of the City of San Leandro on the 30th day of October 2025.
