ADJOURN <br />The order of business may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Mayor, and <br />Council consensus. <br /> <br />AMENDED AGENDA <br />The Brown Act prohibits the City Council from discussing or taking action on an <br />item not appearing on the posted agenda. The Brown Act provides three <br />specific exceptions in which the Council can act on an item not on the <br />agenda: <br />1. When a majority of the Council decides there is an “emergency situation”. <br />2.
