Amendment No. 6 to Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Gates & <br />Associates for Shoreline Park at the Marina, Project No. 2020.3080 Page 1 of 2 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />GATES + ASSOCIATES <br />FOR <br />SHORELINE PARK AT THE MARINA <br />This Amendment No._6__ (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro <br />(“City”) and GATES & ASSOCIATES (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of <br />_________________, and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement ( “CSA” or “Agreement”) <br />dated March 5, 2024, between the Parties. <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City with regard to Shoreline Park at the Marina Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to include additional services related to <br />attendance at design meetings, coordination and exhibits for the Shoreline Park Project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a <br />sum not to exceed $3,091,566.84, which is an increase of $22,220.00; and <br />Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended <br />Task 4.3.1 <br />Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />Revised PO Total: $3,091,566.84 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 1356C836-3633-400E-9F71-5E7CA349DA9D <br />March 25, 2026 | 11:45:37 PM PDT
