In addition, <br />Contractor shall maintain Professional Liability Insurance, pursuant to Section 2 of Exhibit B of the <br />Contractor Services Agreement (“SA”), for three (3) years after full completion of performance by <br />Contractor under the SA, or termination by either party. <br /> <br />Acceptance by City of insurance certificates and endorsements required under the SA does not relieve <br />Contractor from liability under this indemnification and hold harmless clause.
