A-1 <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />The land referred to is situated in the County of Alameda, City of San Leandro, State of <br />California, and is described as follows: <br />A portion of Block 50, as said block is shown on the “Map of the Town of San Leandro, <br />County Seat of Alameda County, Surveyed for the Proprietors February 1855 by H.A. <br />Higley, County Surveyor,” recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda <br />County, State of California, in Book 1 of Maps at Page 19, a certified copy thereof <br />appearing also in Book 2 at Page 43, Official Records of said County of Alameda; also <br />including therein portions of West Estudillo Avenue, formerly Ward Street, and Martinez <br />Street, both being contiguous with the aforementioned block described as follows: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southeasterly right of way line of Davis <br />Street, 80 feet wide, with the Westerly right of way line of Martinez Street, 80 feet wide, as <br />shown on said Map of the Town of San Leandro, said intersection being the most Northerly <br />corner of said Block 50; thence South 28° 00' East, (Meas. S 28° 00' 49" E) along said right <br />of way line of Martinez Street, also being the Northeasterly line of said Block 50, 12.90 feet <br />to the point of beginning, said point being on a line parallel with and distant 12.90 feet <br />Southeasterly measured at right angles from the Northwesterly line of said Block 50; thence <br />South 28° 00' 49" East, 0.10 feet to a point; thence North 62° 00' East (N 62° 00' 33" E) <br />along the prolongation of said parallel line 40.00 feet (Meas. 40.32 feet) to the centerline of <br />Martinez Street; thence South 28° 00' East (Meas. S 28° 00' 49" E) along said centerline <br />327.1 feet (Meas. 327.44 feet) to the centerline of West Estudillo Avenue, formerly ward <br />Street as shown on said Map of the Town of San Leandro; thence South 62° 00' West, <br />(Meas. S 62° 00' 22" W,) along said centerline of West Estudillo Avenue 324.60 feet (Meas. <br />325.05 feet) to a point on a line parallel with and distant 15.40 feet Northeasterly measured <br />at right angles from the Southwesterly line of said Block 50; thence along said parallel line <br />North 28° 00' West (Meas. N 27° 59' 27" W) 246.79 feet (Meas. 247.25 feet); thence <br />Northwesterly along a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 410.00 feet through a <br />central angle of 7° 00' 00" for an arc length of 50.09 feet to a point of compound curvature; <br />thence from a tangent bearing of North 21 ° 00' 00" West Northwesterly along a curve to <br />the right with a radius of 30.00 feet through a central angle of 83° 00' 00" for an arc length <br />of 43.46 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 16.90 feet Southeasterly <br />measured at right angles from the Northwesterly line of said Block 50; thence along said <br />parallel line North 62° 00' East, (Meas. N 62° 00' 33" E) 70.00 feet, thence leaving said <br />parallel line Northeasterly along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 110.00 feet <br />through a central angle of 11 ° 28' 42" for an arc length of 22.04 feet to a point of reverse <br />curvature; thence from a tangent bearing North 50° 31' 18" East Northeasterly along a <br />curve to the right with a radius of 90.00 feet through a central angle of 11 ° 28' 42" for an <br />arc length of 18.03 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 12.90 feet Southeasterly <br />measured at right angles from the Northwesterly line of said Block 50; thence along said <br />parallel line North 62° 00' (Meas.
