A-1 Exhibit A PROPERTY The land referred to is situated in the County of Alameda, City of San Leandro, State of California, and is described as follows: A portion of Block 50, as said block is shown on the “Map of the Town of San Leandro, County Seat of Alameda County, Surveyed for the Proprietors February 1855 by H.A.
