<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between March 15, 2026 <br />City of San Leandro and GSE Construction Page 17 of 19 <br />10.9 Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by Hayes Morehouse <br />("Contract Administrator"). All correspondence shall be directed to or through the Contract <br />Administrator or his or her designee. <br /> <br />10.10 Notices. Any notice, demand, request, consent or approval that either party is required to <br />give the other pursuant to this Agreement, shall be in writing and may be given by either (i) <br />personal service, (ii) delivery by reputable overnight delivery service (e.g. Fe deral Express) <br />which provides a receipt showing date and time of delivery, or (iii) certified United States <br />mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested.
