<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between March 15, 2026 <br />City of San Leandro and GSE Construction —Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Remove and replace six (6) 14” and seven (7) 12” owner supplied valves. <br />o Pipe to be cut and modified by welding new flanges to fit the new valves. <br />o Smaller hand wheel to be installed on one valve that conflicts with wall. <br />1. Chain wheels to be supplied and installed by owner. <br />o All hardware to be 316SS with 150# Garlock gaskets <br />o Existing valves and pipe/hardware to be hauled off and disposed <br /> <br />Clarifications, Exceptions and Exclusions: <br />a. GSE’S quotation includes only those items listed above. Requests for <br />additions/deletions from our scope will require a change in the quoted price. <br />b. Mechanical equipment to be LOTO’d, cleaned, and isolated prior to start of GSE work. <br />c. Does not include any bypassing. <br />d. All work will be performed in compliance with project specifications and <br />industry standards. <br />e.
