<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between 12/1/2025 <br />City of San Leandro and PARC Environmental—Exhibit B Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Tasks: <br /> <br />• Remove all drywall, wood framing, wiring, carpeting, plumbing fixtures and any other items from <br />the zones 1, 2 and 3 per the '2512 Davis Street Demo Drawings (2025)' Sheets 1A and 2A. <br />Includes demolition of 4100 square feet of asbestos containing sheetrock as noted in the plans. <br />• Proper disposal of debris in accordance with all regulatory requirements <br />• Clean area in preparation for reconstruction. <br /> <br />Safety: <br /> <br />The Contractor acknowledges receipt of the attached Environmental Assessment from PMP Consulting <br />dated March 11, 2025. <br /> <br />All work shall be performed in accordance with state and federal regulations pertaining to abatement of <br />hazardous materials including transportation and disposal of waste. The City acknowledges that abatement <br />requires the application of tape and agrees that PARC will not be held responsible for tape damage or for <br />repainting; this bid is based on performing the work during regular work hours; PARC shall not be <br />responsible for weather protection or for damages resulting from weather or vandalism <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION OF WASTE TERMS: The Generator authorizes PARC Environmental to sign all <br />transportation documents and waste profiles as “agent for the generator”. PARC will forward all required <br />documentation to Generator.
