<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised [01/02/2026] <br />BACS for Rental Assistance (Shallow Subsidy) Program Page 15 of 16 <br />10.13 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.14 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010. In the event that this contract is for one <br />million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by Consultant’s signature below Consultant <br />certifies that Consultant, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, successors or subunits of <br />Consultant are not identified on a list created pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of <br />the California Public Contract Code as a person engaging in investment activities in Iran as <br />described in subdivision (a) of Section 2202.5, or as a person described in subdivision (b) <br />of Section 2202.5 of the California Public Contract Code, as applicable. <br /> <br />10.15 Conflicts or Inconsistencies.
