<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised [01/16/2026] <br />SmartWAVE Technologies, LLC. for Public Wifi and Annual Support Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SmartWAVE will provide a support email to report problems with the system. All emails will be responded to <br />within four (4) hours during normal support hours. SmartWAVE will dispatch personnel if problems can’t be <br />resolved remotely. <br /> <br />The following types of services for the network proposed and prices established within the pricing section: <br />• All equipment proposed includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. <br />• Cloud subscription services include equipment licenses and manufacturer software support. <br />• SmartWAVE will perform software revision level upgrades as new releases become available. <br />• SmartWAVE will perform field maintenance review for all contract extensions over 1 year. <br />• SmartWAVE will work with the Client to identify the reporting information required and will establish <br />regular reporting intervals to produce analytics for the installed system. <br />• SmartWAVE will provide 8x5xNBD response to support requests, to include 5-day <br />repair/replacement (requires purchase of spare APs and limited to spares available). <br />• SmartWAVE will dispatch Engineering and Technician personnel as required to provide ongoing <br />repair and maintenance of the installed system. <br />• SmartWAVE will provide ongoing optimization of the network based on changes in the RF <br />environment, to include changes to channel plans, power settings and bandwidth settings. <br />• SmartWAVE will conduct quarterly calls with IT personnel to review network and planned <br />maintenance. <br />• SmartWAVE will perform periodic onsite inspections of equipment and cabling as preventive <br />maintenance through the support term. <br />• Price includes replacement of surge protection units as needed. <br />• Price does not include equipment replacement, network surveys, application research and <br />development, changes to the existing configuration, or other professional services, other than as <br />required to maintain and optimize the wireless network. <br />• This does not include relocation of wireless hardware, or repair as a result of force majeure or <br />other acts beyond our control. <br />• Manufacturer extended warranties can be provided and quoted separately. <br />• As additional locations are added requiring support, services pricing per Radio may be reduced. <br />• Support Pricing is calculated per Radio so the support program is extremely scalable. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 6C9393F7-8FB6-443A-AAEC-4DB217E538B9
