<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between March 23, 2026 <br />City of San Leandro and Hale International - Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor retains discretion over the manner and means by which services are performed, subject only to <br />the result to be accomplished and City performance standards. <br /> <br />The Contractor personnel named in Exhibit B shall perform the following services on a time and materials <br />basis in collaboration with the City: <br /> <br />Workday Financials Consultants to support with ongoing implementation on a time and materials basis, <br />across key workstreams including: <br />• Procurement <br />• AP <br />• Customer Accounts <br />• Grants and Projects. <br /> <br />Support will involve assistance with testing, meetings with staff to assist in the translation of requirements, <br />providing general advice and guidance on best practice, providing knowledge transfer with the internal team <br />and any other ad-hoc support as needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 8CEC46FA-462C-43AB-90C6-6BF0CA7BCC18
