Failure to submit complete <br />and accurate invoices within this period of time shall result in a waiver by PROJECT SPONSOR of its right to <br />reimbursement of expended costs for which invoices have not yet been submitted. <br /> <br />26. No delay or omission in the exercise of any right or remedy of either party on any breach or <br />default by the other party shall impair such right or remedy or be construed as a waiver. <br /> <br />27. This AGREEMENT, including its Recitals and Appendices, constitutes the entire <br />AGREEMENT.
