IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-027 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF DECEMBER <br />31, 2025 AND BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR FY 2026 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, financial reports provide the City Council with budget updates for the current fiscal <br />year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the FY 2026 Mid-Year Financial Report as of December 31, 2025, a copy of which is <br />attached as Exhibit B, is presented to the City Council, and the City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves annual budgets based on best revenue and expenditure <br />information available at the time the budgets are prepared; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at mid-year incorporating necessary changes, <br />requiring additional budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2026-27 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, <br />Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service Funds budgets on June 16, 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the mid-year financial report and <br />proposed budget amendments for FY 2026 on February 25, 2026. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said FY 2026 Mid-Year Financial Report as of December 31, 2025 (Exhibit A), and the budget <br />amendment for FY 2026 as proposed in Exhibit B, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Victor Aguilar and passed and adopted this 6th day of April 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers J. Aguilar, V.
