IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-030 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENTS FOR <br />EACH OF THE EXISTING CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH DKS ASSOCIATES, FEHR & <br />PEERS, AND W-TRANS FOR ON-CALL TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(PROVIDES FOR AMENDING THREE AGREEMENTS FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $100,000 PER <br />YEAR FOR TWO YEARS PER AGREEMENT, FOR A TOTAL OF $600,000 FOR ALL THREE AGREEMENTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, agreements dated July 1, 2023 exist between the City of San Leandro and DKS <br />Associates, Fehr & Peers, and W-Trans for On-Call Transportation Engineering Consulting Services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required for each contract to extend the on-call <br />transportation engineering support services with updated fee schedules for an additional two years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, amendments to each of the agreements are presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a blanket purchase order will be requested for each individual consulting firm as <br />tasks are assigned, with consultant costs being charged to specific projects, each with a designated <br />appropriation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendments to the agreements to <br />update fee schedules and extend the terms from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said amendments to the agreements with DKS Associates, Fehr & Peers, and W-Trans for on- <br />call transportation engineering consulting services are approved each in an amount not-to-exceed <br />$100,000 per year and extending the terms to June 30, 2028 for a total of $600,000 for all three <br />agreements; and <br /> <br />That the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to <br />effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution for each of the consultant services agreements referred <br />to herein. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Victor Aguilar and passed and adopted this 6th day of April 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers J.
