April 6, 2026City Council Minutes <br />The City Council took a 10-minute recess at 9:09 p.m. <br />10d.26-113 Discussion to Consider Restorative Justice Mediation for the City <br />Council <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Fred Simon, seconded by <br />Councilmember Dylan Boldt, that this agenda item be sent to the City Council <br />Rules Committee for a discussion on implementing restorative justice <br />mediation into the City Council's discipline policy. The motion CARRIED by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye:Victor Aguilar Jr., Fred Simon, Juan González III, Dylan Boldt, James <br />Aguilar <br />5 - <br />Absent:Xouhoa Bowen1 - <br />Abstain:Sbeydeh Viveros-Walton1 - <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS11. <br />There were no requests. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS, CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS12. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting.
