The motion <br />carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Fred Simon, Juan González III, Xouhoa Bowen, Sbeydeh Viveros-Walton, <br />Dylan Boldt, James Aguilar <br />6 - <br />Absent:Victor Aguilar Jr.1 - <br />5b.26-133 Adopt a Resolution to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to <br />Execute a Consulting Services Agreement with Berry, Dunn, Mcneil & <br />Parker, LLC for Business Process Analysis, Mapping and Gap Solution <br />for a cost of $27,500 <br />Received and Filed on the Consent Calendar. <br />Enactment No: Reso 2026-035 <br />5c.26-137 Adopt a Resolution to Approve Parcel Map 11619, a Two-Lot <br />Subdivision at 600 Parrott Street; Assessor’s Parcel Number <br />075-0047-063; Owner, Subdivider and Applicant: San Leandro Tech <br />Center, LLC <br />Received and Filed on the Consent Calendar. <br />Enactment No: Reso 2026-036 <br />5d.26-141 Adopt a Resolution to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Award <br />a Construction Contract to Bay Cities Paving & Grading, Inc. in the <br />amount of $3,999,677 for Annual Street Overlay and Rehabilitation, <br />Project No. 2020.0050; to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and <br />Approve Individual Change Orders up to 5% (or $199,984) of the Original <br />Contract Amount; and to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and <br />Approve Change Orders up to a Cumulative Value of 20% (or $799,936) <br />of the Original Contract Amount <br />Received and Filed on the Consent Calendar. <br />Enactment No: Reso 2026-037 <br />5e.26-115 Adopt a Resolution to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to <br />Execute all Documents Required to Purchase a Replacement Ford <br />F-450 Super Cab XL for the Urban Forestry Division of the Recreation <br />and Parks Department for a Total Cost of $129,872 and to Authorize an <br />Increase in Contract Price of up to $15,000 to Account for any Change in <br />Purchase Price Due to Market Volatility <br />Page 2City of San Leandro
