IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO SECTION 115 OPEB TRUST AND <br />PENSION TRUST INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2025 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro Section 115 Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust <br />and Pension Trust Investment Report for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, is presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said City of San Leandro Section 115 OPEB Trust and Pension Trust Investment Report, for the <br />period ending December 31, 2025, is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Victor Aguilar and passed and adopted this 18th day of May 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers J.
