IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-063 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE SINGLE AUDIT REPORT AND RECEIVE AND FILE THE MEMORANDUM <br />ON INTERNAL CONTROL AND REQUIRED COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR <br />THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2025 <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro is committed to fiscal sustainability, transparency, and <br />strong financial management practices; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s independent auditors, Maze & Associates, completed the City’s Single <br />Audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, as required for public agencies expending over $750,000 <br />in federal funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the auditors reported no findings in the Single Audit; and <br />WHEREAS, the auditors also issued the Memorandum on Internal Control and the Required <br />Communications, both of which reported no deficiencies or issues; and <br />WHEREAS, these documents are required components of the City’s annual audit process and <br />are now finalized and ready for Council review. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said Single Audit Report for the City of San Leandro is hereby accepted for the Fiscal Year <br />ending June 30, 2025. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember James Aguilar and passed and adopted this 1st day of June 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmember J.
