RESOLUTION NO. 2026-067 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the SB 1 project list and overall investment in local streets and roads infrastructure <br />with a focus on basic maintenance and safety, investing in complete streets infrastructure, and using <br />cutting-edge technology, materials and practices, will have significant positive co-benefits Citywide; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the SB1 project list is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct. <br /> <br />2. The attached list of newly proposed projects will be funded in-part or solely with FY 2027 Road <br />Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues. <br />Introduced by Councilmember James Aguilar and passed and adopted this 1st day of June 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember J.
