IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2026-071 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR $220,000 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ASSOCIATED RIGHT OF WAY SERVICES, INC. FOR VARIOUS RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION ASSIGNMENTS RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY’S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, on August 27, 2025, the City of San Leandro executed an On-Call Consulting Services Agreement with Associated Right of Way Services, Inc for right-of-way consulting services; and WHEREAS, on April 26, 2026, the City Council approved Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement to extend the term for an additional one year through July 1, 2027; and WHEREAS, a second amendment is required to compensate for an increase in scope of work for various right-of-way acquisition services necessary to meet various capital improvement project needs in the amount of $220,000 for a total contract amount of $320,000; and WHEREAS, the second amendment will extend the term of the agreement by an additional year through June 30, 2028; and WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreement was presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That said Amendment No. 2, substantially in the form presented, is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
