<br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised [04/09/2026] <br />SmartWAVE Technologies for Cherry Festival WiFi 2026 Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Expansion of the wireless (WIFI) systems during the Cherry Festival are critical to vendor transactions <br />during the event. Smartwave will be hired to expand wireless services covering Hays Street between Davis <br />Street and W. Joaquin Avenue. Additionally, the parking lost at the West End of W. Estudillo Avenue has <br />been requested for coverage as part of this scope of work. Included in these services are 5-hours of <br />Smartwave onsite support to help with connectivity issues for vendors.
