<br />Amendment No. 1 to <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and TAIT & Associates <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />TAIT & ASSOCIATES <br />FOR THE <br />PWSC REPLACE FUEL TANKS PROJECT <br />PROJECT NO. 2020.3600 <br /> <br />This Amendment No.1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and TAIT (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of ___________________, <br />and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement ( “CSA” or “Agreement”) dated January 6, 2023, <br />between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City with regard to the PWSC Replace Fuel Tanks Project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to include additional scope of work and <br />design changes. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original CSA was approved by the Council on December 19, 2022 per Council <br />Resolution Number 2022-218. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. The expiry date of this Agreement in Section 1.1 titled “Term of Services” is hereby amended <br />to be August 31, 2026. <br />2. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a <br />sum not to exceed $125,742 (an increase of $7,230); and <br /> <br />Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to add the following: <br />a) Task F – Construction Support Services: <br />14. Additional Funds for Construction Support Services and Closeout <br />15. Additional onsite meeting <br /> <br />3. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to read: <br /> <br /> Task F: Construction Support Services <br /> Amendment No. 1 $7,230 (new) <br /> Original Contract $118,512 <br /> New PO Total $125,742 (revised) <br /> <br />4.
